Sharon Profeta did my closing.  I got a bunch of recommendations, phoned
two.  She was sharp and professional on the phone, handled my mortgage
company diplomatically, etc.  Her rate was $125/hr., which I gather
isn't the cheapest, but not the most expensive either.  And she spent 20
minutes on my sales agreement for free initially, and made some useful
recommendations.

I've been meaning to forward this to Bovik, but just haven't.

Tim,

My friend Joe Bielecki is a lawyer downtown with the firm of
Balzarini, Carey, and Watson.  He's a young, sharp, friendly,
efficient guy.  He seems to do a lot of general-purpose type stuff as
well as personal injury cases (their big money-maker).  He would
charge you a fair amount, especially if you mentioned that you got his
name from me.  I'd trust him with any legal matters I might have.
