I just called them, and they confirmed that they are still accepting black and white *only* newsprint. Their hours are 7am to 4pm Mon - Fri. They do not pay for newsprint. Atlas Waste Paper is located at 24th & Wharton Sts in the Southside. The following instructions are courtesy of Marko Chew: Take 5th avenue from CMU toward downtown Pittsburgh. Turn left onto the Birmingham bridge. At the end of the bridge, turn left. At the next stop light (convenience store on corner) take a left. Straight through one stop sign and Atlas will be on your left. You can't miss it since it is on a dead end street. - Allan
