Subject: Days Inn feedback

I promised that I would give Days Inn some good rap for taking care of me on a
recent vacation in Florida. I called their central number, 1-800-FLA-DAYS to
get reservations and the lady I talked to (she was new) promised me a king
sized bed and a kitchette. When I got to the motel, they had neither, and
actually had never had king sized beds at that location. They used the charge
for a regular room as a base price, and then knocked off the price of a
kitchenette, and furthermore knocked of another $8 bucks for the off-season
discount that was to start a week later.

Try and find someone in the area with a GIA Florida discount coupon book. I
don't know exactly where they are available, but then can offer substantial
discounts on hotels and some shops in the area. I believe Days Inn also has
coupons from brochures that are available in their lobbies. The catch is that
you have to make an advanced reservation to get the discounted rate.

Good luck and happy travelling!
