I heartily recommend Gail at Underwood Travel.  After dealing with 
numerous travel agencies in and around CMU, I have never found anyone
who is as helpful and friendly.  She works very hard to find the best
rates possible, even when I give her a huge number of options to choose
from.  She is also very tolerant of my mistakes and helpful at straightening
out the problems that occur when my plans change.
