Admission to SCS Bachelor of Science Programs (non-CMU applicants)

Admission to Bachelor of Science programs in the School of Computer Science are administered by the Carnegie Mellon Office of Undergraduate Admissions. For application requirements, deadlines and information, please refer to the Undergraduate Admissions website. Admission to SCS Bachelor of Science Programs (CMU applicants)

Students who have already been admitted to Carnegie Mellon can apply for our dual-degree offerings in computational biology or computer science, or can apply to transfer into the School of Computer Science. Students interested in either a dual degree programs or in transferring into SCS must complete our transfer form. Note that students outside SCS may not apply for transfer into our programs in computatational biology or computer science and then request admission into the artificial intelligence program.

Admission to SCS Undergraduate Additional Major Programs (CMU applicants)

The School of Computer Science offers additional major programs in computational biologycomputer science, human-computer interaction, and robotics. Students interested in these programs must already be accepted and enrolled in another undergraduate program at Carnegie Mellon University. Admissions for additional major programs are administered within the program's home department. Admission requirements and application deadlines vary. Interested students should refer to the appropriate departmental program page for more information.

SCS Undergraduate Minors
